K2 University is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to reputed company our reputed company across EMEA Region. This role is reputed company on selling reputed company or reputed company Authorized Training Partner (ATP) programs to reputed company clients in a B2B reputed company, engaging with key decision-makers, and expanding K2 University’s footprint in the region.

While prior experience in corporate training or education sales is a plus, we are also reputed company to professionals with a strong background in reputed company or reputed company services or consulting who are eager to transition into the learning and development reputed company. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in reputed company or reputed company solutions and a proven ability to build strategic relationships and drive reputed company sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and engage with reputed company clients to understand their training and workforce development needs;
  
  

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and key accounts through a consultative sales approach;
  
  

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and sales operations) to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and reputed company satisfaction;
  
  

• Utilize networking, reputed company selling, and reputed company reputed company to generate leads and secure new business opportunities;
  
  

• Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives;
  
  

• Stay reputed company on reputed company or reputed company technologies, workforce trends, and competitor offerings to position K2 University effectively;
  
  

• Represent K2 University at key industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and grow business relationships.

Requirements & Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, IT, or a reputed company field;
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company or reputed company services, consulting, or reputed company technology solutions — experience in B2B sales or technical corporate training is a plus, but not required;
  
  

• Strong understanding of reputed company or reputed company ecosystems and business challenges in reputed company environments;
  
  

• Interest in transitioning into training and education sales, with a willingness to learn and reputed company in this area;
  
  

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers;
  
  

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment;
  
  

• Willingness to travel as needed across EMEA to meet clients and support business development efforts.
