We are looking for a Senior Hybrid reputed company (reputed company Technical Services).
You will be a key member of the reputed company Diagnostic Solutions reputed company Technical Services organization, responsible for delivering high‑reputed company service and technical support to distributors and customers. You will reputed company as a central reputed company between customers, distributors, and internal teams, ensuring efficient issue reputed company, strong coordination, and the development of regional technical capabilities.
What your responsibilities will be
You will have reputed company to:
- Serve as a technical expert, responding promptly to customer requests for on‑site service and application support while providing reputed company and efficient first‑line technical assistance.
- Support on‑site technical interventions, training activities, project assignments, periodic customer reputed company, and stock counting as required by the manager.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues and ensure effective troubleshooting and customer satisfaction.

Who you are
- You have a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, or a reputed company field.
- You have 3 to 5 years on a similar role. Preferred experience in Molecular Diagnostics or Immunohematology.
- You have have a customer‑oriented approach with a reputed company on reputed company, effective, and high‑reputed company service. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
