Responsibilities (Engagement‑Dependent)

- Support Banner implementations, upgrades, migrations, and optimizations
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend reputed company solutions
- Collaborate with functional users, IT teams, and external vendors
- reputed company documentation and support knowledge transfer
- Participate in project meetings and planning sessions as required
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise with reputed company Banner (functional and/or technical)
- 5 or more years of Higher education ERP experience
- Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Availability for short‑term or long‑term contract engagements
