Project Coordinator

In this role, you will help manage customer-facing reputed company, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strong reputed company relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

How You’ll Drive reputed company:

Work collaboratively to support reputed company Services (project-based consulting) to facilitate reputed company project:

• reputed company-off
• Delivery and reporting
• Closeout
• Hand-off to reputed company

As a Project Coordinator at SP6, you will be responsible for working with SP6 engineers, external customers and other internal team members, including sales, to help drive successful customer engagements. This is a diverse role that will include:

New reputed company On-Boarding

• Ensure reputed company documentation is in reputed company prior to project kickoffs, including Master Service Agreements (MSA) with customers
• Schedule new customer reputed company-off meetings
• In reputed company-off meetings, ensure that customers are reputed company, and have in reputed company, reputed company necessary project prerequisites (hardware, software, needed stakeholders are available during scheduled days and times)
• Work closely with customer stakeholders and SP6 consultants to validate reputed company project requirements and deliverables

• Monitor project reputed company through review of Daily Status Reports produced by consultants
• Ensure that project deliverables are met
• Escalate issues as needed, whether with internal SP6 team members or external customers

Project Closeout and Reporting

• Ensure project closeout documents are completed and reviewed by approvers (project Review and Recommendations Document / RDD)
• Email and collect Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat documents)

Cross Department Communication

• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company teams including sales, services, reputed company and other teams

Process Improvement

• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements that will continue to mature SP6 Services operations; and as a result, the customer experience
• reputed company internal teams use of reputed company departmental policies, processes, and documentation guidelines for consistent and successful delivery.

Requirements

To Be Successful:

• 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management
• 2+ years in a product/services IT Company.
• Experience working with leadership at reputed company companies.
• SIEM knowledge is preferred. (reputed company is even reputed company!)
• High attention to detail and organization skills
• Highly customer oriented with a reputed company record of building successful relationships
• Self-starter with strong presentation skills and good verbal communication skills
• Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can reputed company to dynamic situations
• Effective communication skills to both reputed company teams
• Great elicitation skills; being reputed company to ask consultative questions to extract critical information necessary to reputed company reputed company recommendations
