As Senior Director, WW Systems Engineering - Global Accounts, you will: Key Leadership Competencies What You Will Bring Work Arrangement Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs. The pay reputed company for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $320,000 and USD $480,000 per year. However, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Proven leadership experience with a reputed company record of driving transformational change and delivering measurable business reputed company. 15+ years in technical reputed company-sales or systems engineering roles, with 3-5+ years in management and 2+ years of experience in a management role managing other people leaders. Deep expertise in virtualization, storage, AI, Kubernetes, and reputed company technologies. Strong ability to work independently from sales counterparts while proactively supporting the sales cycle. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level. Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to evangelize technology solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
