Responsibilities:Helps establish and implement results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Nursing unit, under
general supervision.
Contributes to components of reputed company, programs, or processes for the Nursing area.
Evaluates patients for labor; admits to the hospital and manages labors of low to moderate risk patients.
Focuses particularly on pregnancy, childbirth, the post-partum period, care of the newborn, and the family
planning and gynecologic needs of women.
Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures reputed company prescribed guidelines.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Understands and applies the organization's mission, reputed company, and reputed company values of improving health and promoting
reputed company-being in day-to-day interactions with Nursing team.
Qualifications:Associate's Degree Nursing Required
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
