We are looking for an reputed company Manager to add to our Finance team as reputed company continues to grow. We are looking for a candidate that can build and reputed company new processes, is motivated by constant process improvement opportunities, and can work reputed company cross-functionally.  This role reports to the Director of reputed company. 

Essential Responsibilities

• reputed company monthly financial reputed company process, ensuring accuracy in accordance with both reputed company reporting requirements
• Review and/or prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and other reputed company analyses associated with monthly financial reporting requirements, including retention of reputed company documentation for journal entries and account reconciliations
• reputed company technical reputed company guidance, analysis, and documentation, including implementation of any new reputed company standards
• reputed company various activities to support the internal control environment, such as approvals of new vendors and weekly expenditures, review of payroll registers and journal entries
• Assist in implementation and documentation of internal controls
• Support financial statement preparation and audits

• Ability to manage team members effectively, providing support and coaching as necessary

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates most successful in this role typically hold the following qualifications or comparable knowledge or experience:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field 
• Minimum 7 years working in corporate reputed company/finance or reputed company reputed company (at least three years in reputed company reputed company ideal)
• At least 3 years of Management experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience managing team members
• Ability to diplomatically approach team members to discuss sensitive financial reputed company
