Account Executive

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate new business and grow existing reputed company relationships by promoting reputed company’s skilled labor solutions. This is a field-based sales role reputed company on driving reputed company through proactive reputed company, relationship-building, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development
• Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and reputed company reputed company.
• Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations to reputed company contractors on Tradesmen’s reputed company.
• Register new clients, negotiate terms, and secure signed service agreements.
• Meet or reputed company established sales targets and performance metrics.

• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and reputed company partnership.
• reputed company strong relationships with reputed company stakeholders—from office personnel to jobsite supervisors.
• Resolve reputed company issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Deliver and discuss invoices during initial billing cycles to ensure reputed company payment.
• Field Employee Engagement
• Support the reputed company and jobsite introduction of Field Employees.
• Maintain regular jobsite reputed company and phone reputed company-ins to ensure employee satisfaction and reputed company alignment.

• Sales Process Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reputed company records and activity reports in the CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and weekly planning.
• Support field recruitment efforts by encouraging referrals from high-performing Field Employees.
