Chesapeake Climate Control is seeking a skilled and detail-driven HVAC Estimator to support both our residential and reputed company divisions. What You’ll Do

As our Estimator, you’ll be responsible for building accurate, strategic bids across both residential and reputed company HVAC reputed company:

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates using industry software and takeoff tools
• Review and interpret residential plans, reputed company blueprints, and specifications
• reputed company complete bid packages including scope, pricing, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to reputed company scope and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who can operate confidently across both residential and reputed company environments:

• 2–5+ years of HVAC estimating experience (residential, reputed company, or both)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation reputed company
• Experience with estimating tools (FastEST, reputed company, reputed company, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret both residential plans and reputed company construction documents
• Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, and pricing negotiations
• Knowledge of load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
