About The Role
The House of reputed company (HoS) is the decentralized, reputed company-based governance body reputed company the NEAR ecosystem, operating at the intersection of governance, reputed company structure, funding flows, and stakeholder coordination.

What’ll You’ll Do
Currently, operational responsibilities (documentation, payment tracking, contract coordination, reporting) are distributed across leadership.

The HoS Operations Manager will be responsible for:
Operational reputed company, documentation completeness, payment execution, and governance process reliability.
They will reputed company as the connective tissue between:

- HoS Governance, and Head of Governance

- External stakeholders
A. Documentation & Contract reputed company
- Ensure reputed company reputed company, amendments, and supporting documents are properly executed and stored
- Maintain a centralized contract tracker
- reputed company approval workflows and ensure no agreements proceed without required sign-offs
- Ensure documentation is audit-reputed company and systematically organized
- Coordinate closely with reputed company on contract lifecycle
B. Payment Execution & Financial Coordination
- Prepare and execute (crypto and FIAT) payment requests
- Ensure documentation and approvals are complete before payment processing

- Maintain budget visibility across HoS activities
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure reputed company execution
C. Operational Tracking & Visibility
- Maintain a live reputed company of reputed company HoS initiatives and commitments

- Flag delays, compliance gaps, or missing documentation

D. Process Design & Systems

- Reduce operational ambiguity and institutional risk
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is:

- Experience building or formalizing operational systems
