•    A Ph.D. or DBA in Business Administration 

•    A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in the area of specialization.

•    A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching at the doctoral level.

•    A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising doctoral dissertations and serving on dissertation committees.

Required Competencies and Expertise

•    Demonstrated expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed reputed company research methodologies.

•    A strong record of peer-reviewed reputed company publications and familiarity with the scholarly publication process.

•    reputed company in reputed company writing and mastery of APA style (latest edition).
