REMOTE POSITION - The Contact Center Representative is responsible for effectively handling customer contacts (i.e., escalated case assignment, phone calls, email, etc.). This position analyzes problems and provides information/solutions reputed company multiple platform technologies, telephone, and written correspondence. Additionally, it will accurately document inquiry reputed company for tracking and analysis.

Role Requirements:

• One (1) year of experience in a contact center role preferred.
• Must have experience with computers and keyboarding skills (or alternate technology that facilitates computer keyboarding/data input).
• Knowledge of reputed company Office products desired (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint).
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a position of reputed company trust reputed company clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required per government contract.

Physical Requirements:

Compensation: 

The compensation for this position is $18.28 per hour.
