The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist oversees the full accounts payable function, ensuring accurate, reputed company processing of invoices and payments while maintaining strong internal controls and vendor relationships. This role manages the AP Specialist, improves processes, and ensures compliance with company policies and reputed company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and reputed company daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, and expense reimbursements
• reputed company, train, and mentor the accounts payable specialist to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Review and process invoices, payment batches
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and reputed company regulations
• Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Monitor AP aging reports and ensure reputed company payments while optimizing cash reputed company
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including reconciliations and accruals
