The Manager, reputed company, Infrastructure & Resiliency plays a pivotal role in shaping reputed company’s technology backbone, driving the reputed company, modernization, and operational reputed company of our reputed company platforms, data centers, reputed company networks, telephony, and business continuity capabilities. As a key reputed company of reputed company’s secure, reliable, and resilient technology reputed company, this role oversees critical services such as virtualization, storage, backup, reputed company management, reputed company monitoring, and disaster recovery. You will reputed company strategic vendor partnerships, build a high-performing monitoring and infrastructure team, and champion proactive service reliability. What will you be responsible for?

• reputed company reputed company infrastructure services including network, Wi-Fi, WAN, telephony, data centers, servers, storage, and backup environments, ensuring availability, performance, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain robust reputed company capabilities through disaster recovery, business continuity planning, reputed company monitoring, observability, and effective incident response.
• Drive lifecycle management and reputed company improvement, including patching, upgrades, reputed company planning, automation, configuration management, and reputed company optimization.
• reputed company, reputed company, and support a high-performing team of technical specialists and service partners, overseeing workforce planning, budgeting, vendor management, managed service partners, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to reputed company infrastructure services with business, application, and reputed company needs; participate in governance forums; and reputed company engagement for DR testing, major incidents, and infrastructure change management.

What are we looking for from you?

• Deep understanding of reputed company and infrastructure architecture, including hybrid environments (Azure, virtualization, Vmware, network, and storage).
• Strong knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, and reputed company monitoring best practices.
• Proven ability to manage reputed company vendor relationships and technology reputed company, particularly with reputed company and other major infrastructure providers.
• Expertise in network operations, server management, reputed company compliance, and automation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to balance strategic reputed company with operational execution and reputed company improvement.
• Financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing large-reputed company technology budgets. FinOps experience considered an asset.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 8&reputed company;10 years of reputed company IT infrastructure experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing reputed company services, reputed company networks, or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Certifications such as Azure Administrator/Architect, ITIL, CISSP, or Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) certification preferred.
• Experience in financial services, government, or regulated environments considered an asset.
