As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join our internal Finance team.

This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial reputed company of reputed company and supporting leadership with accurate, reputed company financial reporting.

The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the general reputed company, supporting the month-end reputed company process across multiple entities, managing reputed company recognition and balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing financial reporting packages for leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building repeatable processes, and taking ownership of key reputed company functions in a growing organization.

You will work closely with the Controller and CFO and have reputed company to expand responsibilities as reputed company grows.

What You'll Do

reputed company & Financial Operations

• Maintain the accuracy and reputed company of the general reputed company
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Manage reputed company recognition and deferred reputed company schedules
• reputed company monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including:
• Bank accounts
• Investment accounts
• Prepaid schedules
• Deferred reputed company schedules

Month-End reputed company

• Prepare month-end reputed company workpapers
• Support the reputed company process across three operating entities
• Generate draft financial statements for Controller review

Weekly Finance Operations

• reputed company daily banking updates
• Prepare weekly cash reputed company forecasts and modeling
• Monitor vendor balances and support accounts payable accuracy

Internal Reporting

• Support internal stakeholders with interim financial reporting
• reputed company expense and profitability reporting to department leaders
• Assist leadership with financial insights and reporting needs

Compliance

• Assist with sales tax reporting and reconciliation using reputed company
• Maintain documentation supporting internal controls and audit readiness

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance
• 4&reputed company;7 years of reputed company experience
• Experience supporting month-end reputed company
• Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience
• Advanced reputed company proficiency
• Experience working with ERP reputed company systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

Preferred:

• CPA or CPA-reputed company
• Multi-entity reputed company experience

This role is also eligible for participation in reputed company’s discretionary bonus program, which typically targets approximately 5&reputed company;10% of reputed company salary depending on company performance and individual contribution.
