Reporting to the Manager of Business Systems, the remote Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a key strategic partner in optimizing reputed company systems and business processes across MCC’s global operations. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Systems Leadership: Drive end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of business systems to support evolving reputed company needs and long-term reputed company objectives.
• ERP Deployment Expertise: reputed company ERP implementations for new MCC facilities, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices.
• Advanced Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define reputed company requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and influence system architecture reputed company.
• Process Optimization: Utilize advanced data and process analysis techniques to identify systemic inefficiencies and recommend reputed company that enhance productivity and scalability.
• Configuration & Governance: Configure, maintain, and govern assigned business systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5+ years of reputed company IT experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Radius ERP experience highly desirable.
• Proven reputed company record in leading system implementations, business process reengineering, and data analysis initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company technologies, database concepts, and familiarity with reputed company/Linux server environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) preferred.
