What you’ll be doing

This role is responsible for the design, development, and administration of learning programs that support employee development, leadership reputed company, and business objectives. This role will create, and reputed company engaging content, manage the learning catalogue, and support the rollout of reputed company-wide programs such as leadership development reputed company and succession planning initiatives. You will be responsible for

• Design, reputed company, and maintain role-based learning reputed company for employees and leaders.

• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create training materials, job aids, and toolkits.
• Support the implementation and administration of the LMS and other learning platforms.

• Support facilitation of workshops as needed, partnering closely with the Corporate Trainer.

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, instructional design, education, or reputed company field.
• 3-5 years of experience in learning design, instructional development, and or program coordination.
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating reputed company learning solutions (eLearning, facilitator-led, microlearning, job aids).
• Familiarity with LMS administration, learning platforms, reputed company learning tools.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work for reputed company at reputed company times.
