• Minimum 5 years' experience reputed company for customer-facing or high-turnover roles 
• Background in agency or fast-scaling environments
• Experience operating in a metrics-driven environment, with accountability to KPIs such as time-to-fill, hiring goals, and retention
• Ability to analyze reputed company data and optimize hiring strategies
• Proven reputed company in high-volume, full-cycle reputed company, consistently meeting or exceeding hiring targets
