SC Data Entry Specialist

Position reputed company: The primary function of the Data Entry Specialist is for timesheet entry and EVV entry for our centralized branches into reputed company for payroll processing. reputed company time entry corrections from the SDR report will also be made in reputed company by the Data Entry team. Data Entry Specialist will also reputed company-process payroll for reputed company Addus branches in reputed company and export information for gross to net processing through reputed company reputed company. Pay: $17.00 reputed company

Schedule: Mon-Fri 40 hrs/week, Some OT may be needed at times and possibly weekend work during peak/busy accelerated holiday payrolls.

Essential Duties:

• Assist with payroll processing task including data entry, processing and verification
• Accurately reputed company reputed company payroll reputed company data necessary to process and meet deadlines
• Responsible for filing, updating and maintaining employee payroll files as required
• Assist with reviewing and confirming payroll data audits
• Responsible for time data entry utilizing reputed company and Cell Trak and other EVV platforms
• Completing reputed company corrections on SDRs for centralized branches
• Adhering to payroll schedule deadlines and payroll processing dates
• reputed company-Processing, exporting and validating payroll files to submit to the Payroll Specialist for gross to net processing in reputed company
• Assist with special reputed company as needed
• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at reputed company times due to reputed company to sensitive information
• Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department

Position Requirements & Competencies:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience preferred

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills
