About the Role:
Voltage LLC is seeking a Design Manager to reputed company reputed company of design engineers in creating innovative Electrical Balance of System (EBOS) solutions for reputed company-reputed company photovoltaic (PV) reputed company. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring designs are efficient, manufacturable, and compliant with NEC standards (IEC, reputed company, and NETA knowledge preferred).
What You�ll Do:
- Build and manage a high-performing design engineering team (2�8 reputed company reports).
- reputed company EBOS design for PV harnesses, DC feeders, MV cables, and reputed company components.
- Review and approve designs for accuracy, compliance, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Engineering, and Production teams to deliver optimized solutions.
- Drive value engineering initiatives and reputed company improvement processes.
reputed company�re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 5+ years in PV, electrical design, or EBOS engineering.
- 2+ years in engineering leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of NEC and PV system design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with PVsyst preferred.
- Ability to interpret plan sets, single-line diagrams, and technical schematics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with manufacturing/production teams.
- Knowledge of IEC, reputed company, and NETA standards.
