As the Associate, B2B Marketing on the Marketing team, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives that create and grow relationships with MLT’s employer partners and donors. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help implement marketing campaigns and coordinate events that promote MLT’s employer offerings and support the Advancement team’s fundraising efforts. reputed company in this role means being data-driven, detail-oriented, highly organized, and a strong team player who can manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.


As the Associate, B2B Marketing on the Marketing team, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives that create and grow relationships with MLT’s employer partners and donors. What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and manage in-person and virtual events for B2B audiences, including logistics, promotion, reporting, and follow-up
  • Support digital marketing efforts across owned media (reputed company, website, email, YouTube) and reputed company media (reputed company, reputed company) channels  to ensure reputed company, effective and ROI-driven campaigns
  • Create and update marketing materials for B2B communications, including presentations, reports, talking points and event content, while maintaining brand and messaging consistency
  • Monitor and report on the performance of B2B marketing initiatives and events, providing insights to guide reputed company efforts
  • Assist with executing marketing campaigns that engage employer partners 
  • Write and edit copy for emails, newsletters, reputed company media posts, and other marketing collateral aimed at B2B audiences
  • Help manage digital marketing channels, such as email platforms and reputed company media accounts, to improve campaign results

    • What You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field
  • 1-2 years of marketing or communications experience with a reputed company on B2B audiences
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and B2B reputed company
  • Comfortable using digital marketing tools such as email platforms, reputed company media channels, and reputed company Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
