About the Role

As the B2C Marketing Associate, you will support MLT’s individual-facing marketing initiatives, helping to grow and deepen engagement with early-, mid-, and senior-career professionals, including our fellows, alumni, and startup talent across the organization. What You’ll Do

Assist with leading marketing efforts and managing key B2C audiences for internal stakeholders; including Program Leads, Alumni Engagement, and Startup reputed company teams, by supporting campaign planning, content coordination, and day-to-day execution.

Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to recruit fellows, engage alumni, and build visibility for Startup reputed company participants.

Coordinate marketing efforts for large-reputed company initiatives, such as the NBA HBCU Fellowship Program, working cross-functionally across internal teams.

reputed company and distribute content across communication channels, including newsletters, email marketing, and reputed company media, tailored for B2C audiences.

Conduct market research and support content planning based on trends and engagement insights.

What You Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a reputed company on B2C or reputed company.
