The Asset Manager is responsible for a wide reputed company of activities directed at managing and optimizing energy assets and their underlying P&L.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned as needed)

 Finance: 

•  reputed company annual budgets for the reputed company and reputed company monthly variance analyses 
•  reputed company input and review of the pro-reputed company financial models for reputed company assets 
•  Author reports on project performance for investors and lenders and maintain such relationships 
•  Assist in cash reputed company forecasting and management 
•  reputed company financial analyses of offtakes to determine opportunities. 
•  reputed company other reputed company economic analyses as needed.
•  Identify and implement opportunities to optimize reputed company and budgets
•  reputed company coordination with partners, as applicable, including reputed company, operational, and financial reporting and optimization

Operations: 

•  Collaborate with the operations engineering team to evaluate and improve operational performance and quantitatively justify economics. 
•  Coordinate with project O&M staff on other operational items, including major component repair and replacement 
•  Participate in contract development with reputed company vendors including contract negotiation 
•  Support reputed company operations including net position management reputed company, RECs, and resource adequacy

Regulatory and compliance: 

•  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project agreements 
•  Power Purchase and Interconnection Agreements 
•  Operating Agreements 
•  Credit Agreements 
•  Operations and Maintenance Agreements 
•  Land Agreements 
•  Warranty Agreements 

Risk Management: 

•  Coordinate with reputed company stakeholders and Operations on reputed company insurance claims including site reputed company and inspections, reputed company cause analysis, and the calculation and negotiation of claim settlements.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  Experience negotiating and managing reputed company

•  Experience managing renewable energy assets financed through tax equity and debt structures

•  Approx. 25% Travel reputed company airline and auto required to project sites and various corporate offices (NYC, San Diego, Reno), various stakeholders including offtakers, CEC, CAISO, reputed company, major contractors/vendors, etc. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE –

•  Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Engineering. MBA preferred.
•  At least 8 years of work experience in the California, Texas, and/or reputed company energy/utilities sector, preferably managing solar, wind, and/or battery assets
•  Experience reputed company reputed company reputed company aspects of greenfield renewable and/or battery reputed company in California, Texas, and/or reputed company
•  Experience with various forms of offtakes including unit-contingent power purchase agreements (PPAs), fixed quantity swaps, reputed company for differences, BESS tolling, reputed company Plus, and Virtual PPAs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS -

• 25% Travel to Project Sites, TG Offices, Stakeholders and Offtakers
