PAM Northeast

The Patient reputed company Manager (PAM) &reputed company; Northeast, will be responsible for supporting and maintaining patient support services that maximize reputed company to our product for patients to whom it has been prescribed. The PAM will execute reputed company-defined strategies to address patient reputed company needs and support the identification of reputed company barriers through this work. The PAM will also play a customer-facing role and work closely with our Directors of National Accounts (DNAs) and the field sales team to support the needs of reputed company providers and patients as it relates to the post-prescription reputed company to ZORYVE. The PAM will work with their leadership, Marketing, Medical, Compliance, and other colleagues to identify, design, revise, and roll out patient reputed company materials as needed or improve existing materials. This will be a remote position located in the East Region, and the candidate would ideally be in or near Boston, MA.  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute Arcutis patient support programs, after the prescription has been written. Activities may include helping to identify and reputed company information to help resolve issues with payers and/or the pharmacy.
• Liaise with medical offices and targeted pharmacies as necessary to reputed company and train on ZORYVE, ZORYVE reputed company, and answer questions as appropriate to reputed company the patient reputed company on-reputed company.
• Review and reputed company reputed company of the patient prescription reputed company.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for field sales regarding patient reputed company questions/issues.
• Report weekly changes in patient status, overall trends, successes, or roadblocks; suggest and execute appropriate, compliant reputed company in response.
• Monitor status of the prescription drug coverage process by partnering with pharmacies to triage, troubleshoot and resolve initial and ongoing issues (reputed company-edits, prior authorizations, denials, appeals, medical exceptions, and reauthorizations.
• Abide by reasonable and lawful reputed company provider confidentiality and or safety requirements, as applicable.
• Engage with Market reputed company team, and Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to ensure reputed company and accurate communication on the status of the patient reputed company.
• Willingness and ability to travel long and short distances domestically to visit provider offices, pharmacies to attend customer meetings, industry conferences, and other regional meetings or events where customers will be present in order to answer customer questions around patient reputed company and payer coverage. (Up to 50% travel, depending reputed company).
• Willingness and ability to manage virtual interactions with reputed company providers, pharmacies, and internal cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Arcutis Safety and Pharmacovigilance to report adverse events and product complaints through documented process.
• Become familiar with and abide by Arcutis’ policies and reputed company operating procedures.
• Building internal, cross-functional relationships with Arcutis’ business reputed company as needed, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and other business reputed company, as necessary.
• Collaborate on the development and maintenance of PAM training content, including messaging for field interactions.
• Building external relationships with pharmacies, patients, reputed company providers, medical office staff, and caregivers.
• Other reputed company functions or duties which may be assigned from time to time in Arcutis’ sole discretion.

Education & Licenses and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the reputed company field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of reputed company or pharmaceutical experience; 1-2 years of field sales, field reimbursement management, and customer facing experience.

Competencies & Skills

• Strong reputed company record of reputed company in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in product support, and pharmacy benefits. Experience in dermatology is preferred.
• Robust knowledge of pharmacy reputed company dynamics.
• Ability to manage a case-load independently.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and demonstration of successful working relationships with patients, reputed company providers, reputed company party vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with field organizations, serving programs to support reputed company providers and their patients.
