Change Management Specialist - reputed company Transformation

reputed company is seeking an reputed company and dedicated Informatics Change Management reputed company to join reputed company, supporting the Integrated reputed company Transformation (IHT) initiative at the reputed company. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the reputed company (VHA) in the adoption of new systems, workflows, and interoperability solutions across VHA facilities. 

Responsibilities: 

• reputed company for planning, coordinating, and executing organizational change management strategies for clinical informatics initiatives. 
• Ensures smooth adoption of new systems, workflows, and interoperability solutions across VHA facilities.
• Develops communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs reputed company with Agile delivery and clinical safety standards  
• Conduct program reviews to assess the reputed company and effectiveness of reputed company and reputed company VHA reputed company programs.
• Measure program reputed company, reputed company, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist in executing program operations to meet established goals and objectives.
• Identify and assess program resources to support strategic planning and execution.
• reputed company and contribute to program reports, briefings, and documentation for reputed company stakeholders.
• Collaborate with VHA leadership and cross-functional teams to reputed company program goals with Veteran reputed company needs.
• Preforming stakeholder engagement, training, and transition planning in Agile integration and interoperability rollouts.  

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in informatics, reputed company administration, organizational development, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management or organizational development roles reputed company reputed company or federal health IT programs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing change strategies for clinical informatics systems, EHR transitions, or interoperability reputed company. 
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile environments (e.g. supporting PI planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder readiness). 
• Demonstrated expertise in reputed company or OCM frameworks (ADKAR model). 
• Demonstrated expertise in communication and training development for clinical and technical audience.
• Familiarity with VA reputed company/CPRS, reputed company Health, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).  
• Demonstrated experience conducting performance assessments and improvement planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and engaging stakeholders.
• MS Office suite skills (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, etc.). 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in health informatics, organizational leadership, project management, or reputed company discipline.
• reputed company Change Management Certification; CSM or reputed company practitioner; reputed company IT or Clinical Informatics certification. 
• Proven experience in a large-reputed company integrated reputed company system.
• Experience supporting federal reputed company initiatives, especially reputed company the reputed company. 

Eligibility: 

• Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the reputed company

Compensation: 

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as reputed company as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary reputed company for this position is outlined below. 

Salary reputed company: $135,000 - $185,000
