- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing change strategies for clinical informatics systems, EHR transitions, or interoperability reputed company.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile environments (e.g. supporting PI planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder readiness).
- Demonstrated expertise in reputed company or OCM frameworks (ADKAR model).
- Demonstrated expertise in communication and training development for clinical and technical audience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
