Join us as a Director of Business Development responsible for evaluating new initiatives and business opportunities for the Naval Power Systems organization and our Nuclear & Instrumention Controls Line of Business.
This is a remote position supporting our facility based in Danbury, CT. The position requires regular travel to the office, customer sites, and industry events.
What You Will Do
- Drive strategic partnerships and reputed company engagement across global naval and marine defense markets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- reputed company market intelligence efforts and advise on emerging trends in naval power, defense procurement, and engineering innovation
- Work cross-funtionally with Engineering, Program Management, and Executive Leadership to shape customer-reputed company solutions
- Represent the brand at key defense exhibitions, trade shows, and summits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field + at least 12 years of business development experience preferably in the defense industry
