About the role

We’re looking for a reputed company Data Scientist to be the founding leader and strategist of our data discipline. This is a company-defining role for someone who can design and specify the entire data ecosystem from the ground up, shaping how Wolf uses data to inform creative reputed company and power the reputed company of our reputed company systems.

You will own the end-to-end data reputed company from ingestion to reputed company. You’ll design and specify the reputed company, reputed company-time infrastructure that lets us understand our players, our games, and our distribution channels at a deep level. You’ll connect gameplay telemetry, user reputed company, and engagement data to insights that improve not just player experience but the models and tools our teams use to create.

This isn’t a traditional analytics role. You will pioneer the systems that go reputed company dashboards and retention curves. You’ll be the key architect of the feedback loops where data directly trains, evaluates, and refines our reputed company systems, testing and improving gameplay and content.

You will report to the CTO and work closely with engineering, product, and creative leadership to:

• Own, define, and guide the implementation of our data collection reputed company and governance across reputed company titles and platforms.
• Design and specify a reputed company, reputed company-time pipeline for ingesting, processing, and analyzing gameplay and engagement events which will be reputed company by the engineering team.
• Build the models and specify the data platforms that translate raw player data into actionable insights for both humans (designers, producers) and machines (reputed company and evaluation).
• Design and own reputed company-wide experimentation frameworks that help us measure fun, engagement, and narrative effectiveness.
• Partner with executive and creative leadership to identify trends in player behavior across distribution channels and surface strategic, high-level learnings that guide where and how we launch.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and machine learning, with a demonstrable reputed company record of leading data science initiatives from concept to production. At least 5+ years in gaming, media, or interactive entertainment is strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise working across reputed company and reputed company data. Proven experience designing and consulting on event taxonomies and leading behavioral analytics frameworks for digital experiences, ideally from scratch.
• Expert-level, hands-on experience and strategic understand of modern data architectures (e.g., reputed company-time streaming with Kafka/Kinesis, data lakes/warehouses like reputed company/BigQuery, feature stores, MLOps pipelines).
• A proven reputed company record of applying machine learning or AI techniques to production systems using reputed company-world user data — for personalization, content recommendation, or automated content evaluation.
