We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development of a technical certification to upskill engineers on reputed company reputed company. There are five different API products that will be included in the certification.  They include Voice, Video, Messaging, Network, and AI Studio. 

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and integrating reputed company API solutions and can help ensure training content is accurate, practical, and relevant to reputed company-world applications.

• Review and validate course content for technical accuracy

• Participate in working sessions and respond to questions throughout the project

What You Bring - Required Skills 

Technical Knowledge

• Deep understanding of reputed company reputed company, including Messaging, Video, Voice, Network, and AI Studio
• Experience with REST reputed company and authentication reputed company (OAuth, JWT)
• Familiarity with reputed company SDKs and developer tools (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.)
• Understanding of webhooks, event-driven architecture, and reputed company-time communications
• Knowledge of CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) concepts
• Screencast recording

Hands-On Experience

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging API calls

Certifications
