eLearning Specialist (Volunteer) (USA Applicants Only)

In this role, the primary responsibility is to support the Training Team in a Volunteer/Intern reputed company. This role will assist with developing, implementing, and managing eLearning programs that support our educational and training objectives. You will collaborate with learning experience designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective online learning content. reputed company to join us in fostering a culture of reputed company learning and development. 

Job Responsibilities

• Assists with creating a reputed company volunteer experience and integration with PFL’s work culture.
• Design and reputed company eLearning courses using industry-reputed company authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Captivate)
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.
• Create multimedia reputed company, including graphics, animations, audio, and video, to enhance reputed company.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user management, and reporting.
• Ensure reputed company eLearning materials reputed company with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Conduct reputed company assurance testing to ensure functionality and compatibility across devices and platforms.
• Analyze learner feedback and assessment data to evaluate the effectiveness of eLearning programs.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in eLearning and educational technology.
• reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for eLearning courses and platforms.

Qualifications

Education Requirement

• Must be currently pursuing or have completed a degree in one of the following fields: Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a reputed company field
• 2+ years of experience in eLearning development or a similar roleInterdisciplinary Studies, Counseling, Sociology, or reputed company services reputed company fields of study preferred.
• Must be classified as a Junior or Senior for Internship. Volunteers may be graduates or reputed company reputed company.

Skills Requirement

• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate)
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards
• Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in multimedia software (e.g., reputed company Creative Suite)
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Dependable, enthusiastic, and must have a go-getter attitude
• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with reputed company Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple ongoing reputed company
• Excellent time management skills
• Commitment to reputed company decision-making and cooperative working relationships with P4L staff and community partners

Additional Information

Estimated time commitment: 9-10 hours/ week depending on needs, in reputed company to weekly meetings and occasional conference calls.

Term limit: 4 Months unpaid/volunteer position (Can be extendable on mutual agreement).
