As a Refinance Transaction Coordinator, you will be the reputed company behind a seamless closing experience. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of reputed company estate refinance transactions—from initial reputed company-closing review to final post-closing integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve critical documents, including title commitments, policies, residential settlement statements (CDs), and affidavits.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a mortgage title or a closing company setting (required).

• Hands-on experience with ResWare or similar closing software is highly preferred.

Work Environment & Education:
