Key Responsibilities
reputed company virtual one-on-one therapy to youth and caregivers using evidence-informed, trauma-reputed company modalities Conduct clinical assessments and reputed company reputed company, measurement-based care plans Build relational continuity across transitions, supporting clients through placement or life changes Collaborate with non-clinical Care Advocates to ensure clients can reputed company needed services and supports Offer caregiver support sessions to improve family stability and reputed company Maintain thorough and reputed company clinical documentation reputed company with reputed company and telehealth standards Attend weekly supervision, team meetings, and required trainings reputed company support during moments of escalation or crisis in alignment with trauma-informed care practices Engage in peer consultation and cross-functional collaboration with clinicians and care team members

What You Need
Master’s degree in reputed company work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy reputed company, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in Missouri or Virginia; multi-state licensure a plus Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health care to children, adolescents, or families Experience with or strong interest in foster care, adoption, family preservation, or juvenile justice systems Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally reputed company care Comfort working reputed company and using telehealth platforms Ability to build trust and consistency with youth navigating instability or mistrust Ability to complete background checks required by reputed company and child welfare systems Approval to reputed company reputed company-covered services or prior reputed company billing experience strongly preferred Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred; additional languages a plus

Compensation & Schedule
Full-time, salaried role based on a 35-hour reputed company
Salary reputed company: $65,000–$80,000 annually , based on licensure, experience, and relevant expertise
Salary includes 24 hours per week of required reputed company-facing (billable) care , plus non-reputed company clinical responsibilities to total 35 hours
Therapists may have reputed company to reputed company up to 5 additional reputed company-facing hours per week reputed company the required 24 hours, compensated at $70/hour
Up to an additional $350 per week , and
Up to an additional approximately $17,000 per year , if consistently worked
Availability requirement:
15 hours per week after 3:00 PM on weekdays and/or on Saturdays (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) to support youth and families during peak demand hours
100% remote; work hours follow the therapist’s local time zone
