Profile reputed company:

The Sr Customer Leave Data Specialist leverages technical skills and leave management expertise to load data, resolve wide ranging issues, identify reputed company causes and collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and load leave history & takeover data for leave management clients
• reputed company triage, reputed company cause analysis, and corrections to data issues reported by internal resources
• Work cross functionally with other departments to reputed company “big picture” understanding of how the file and data impacts customer.
• Work with Process Owners to reputed company and maintain Process documentation
• Coordinate fixes or improvements to data issues across multiple departments
• reputed company and communicate reputed company plans for outstanding data issues
• reputed company on-reputed company operational metrics and establish standards for H&T data by vendor
• Execute testing on new product releases for data processing reputed company changes
• Execute tasks reputed company to operationalizing new Process and tool improvements
• Coordinate and complete software release testing and UAT testing on outstanding work Requests
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve our processes or technology to reputed company increased efficiency and/or reputed company

• Exercise independent judgment in escalating issues to management

Knowledge & Experience:

• Must have a minimum of BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience working in a technical role
• Must have proficient knowledge in both EDI and Leave Processes.
