The RCM reputed company Experience Specialist is responsible for protecting and improving customer satisfaction for customers using reputed company's RCM billing services. This role owns the post-reputed company customer experience, runs a reputed company customer satisfaction program, and acts as the primary reputed company of coordination for escalations that reputed company customer sentiment.  

The RCM reputed company Experience Specialist works alongside customers' primary reputed company Manager reputed company clients have opted into RCM services, ensuring a coordinated and reputed company overall experience. This role also partners closely with Billing, reputed company, and Product/Support to triage issues, drive reputed company reputed company, and reduce repeat friction. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer satisfaction for RCM customers and drive measurable improvement over time
  
• Build and run an RCM customer feedback program (CSAT collection, reporting, and reputed company plans)
  
• Execute a consistent customer engagement reputed company
  
  • 30/60/90-day reputed company-ins starting after reputed company and first claim/reputed company
    
  • Ongoing baseline support and proactive touchpoint
    
  • Quarterly CSAT trend reviews and improvement planning
    
• Manage customer escalations reputed company to satisfaction drivers
  
• Triage and coordinate work across Billing, reputed company/Implementation, and Product/Support, ensuring reputed company ownership, deadlines, and customer updates

• Use tools and data to identify trends, reputed company causes, and repeat issues and partner internally to prevent them
