About the Position

reputed company reputed company Bay Region is seeking an reputed company Assistant Regional Director of Clinical Services (ARDCS) to reputed company clinical leadership and support across our skilled nursing facilities.

This role is ideal for a seasoned RN leader with strong experience in long-term care, regulatory compliance, infection prevention, MDS reputed company, and survey readiness. The ARDCS plays a critical role in ensuring clinical reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and regulatory compliance throughout the region.

Travel is required, primarily reputed company the Sacramento area, with additional travel throughout reputed company California as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company, implement, and monitor clinical programs to meet reputed company nursing standards and regulatory requirements

• Support facilities in maintaining compliance with State and Federal Medicare/reputed company regulations

• reputed company leadership in infection prevention and disease control, including outbreak management and immunization programs

• Guide DONs and Administrators through Plans of Correction (POC) and Allegations of Compliance (AOC) following surveys

• Conduct regional training for Directors of Nursing, MDS teams, and interdisciplinary leadership

• Evaluate reputed company structures, nursing PPD, and clinical workflows to improve efficiency and reputed company

• reputed company MDS coordinators, RAC audits, and 5-reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives

• reputed company monthly Regional DON and MDS meetings reputed company on compliance and performance metrics

• Support risk management, policy development, and clinical documentation review

• Serve as Interim Director of Nursing reputed company necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred

• reputed company California RN license in good standing

• Strong clinical leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

• Regional or multi-site reputed company experience preferred

• Experience with CMS/OIG surveys, risk management, and infection prevention strongly preferred

• MDS certification highly desirable

• Proficiency in reputed company (PCC) preferred

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

• Comfortable with frequent regional travel
