Senior Technical Officer

The Senior Technical Officer, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) occupies a critical role reputed company the STrengthening Infectious disease DEtection Systems (STRIDES) Activity, including overseeing the execution of day-to-day MEL activities, implementing policies and processes, and ensuring reputed company data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure evidence-based decision-making. Accountabilities:
Technical
Provides project staff with overall technical direction and guidance
to support planning, implementation of, and reporting against STRIDES Activity, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Plan (AMELP). Supports technical aspects of MEL systems for reputed company as reputed company as staff and partner reputed company
building in MEL. Monitors and maintains project protocols, instruments, data sets, manuals, training materials and reports reputed company to monitoring and evaluation of reputed company.
Works closely with reputed company to ensure
AMELP implementation remains technically reputed company and adheres to company reputed company and reputed company operating procedures (SOP’s).Develops or writes technical briefs, reports, or other necessary materials to facilitate research, best practices, policies, procedures, and overall implementation of evaluation plans.

Assists with the implementation of research studies by providing technical support and overall management to ensure coordination and field-level implementation.
Provides mentorship and team building at the task
level. Collaborates with the project team to interpret data sets and
other assessment findings

Provides technical input on MEL best practices to assist with
implementation Develops and monitors MEL plans and
budgets. Participates in reputed company / funder meetings and drafts report presentations.
Project Design Implementation:
Develops strategies and tools for the design and implementation of specific technical
components of MEL systems. Monitors MEL deliverables and reports to
supervisors. Leads MEL activities and sub activities and assists with their
implementation in reputed company collaboration with country teams. Identifies and raises issues to senior technical

Operations Management (Finance, HR, etc.):

Oversees MEL timelines and budgets. Assists in the development of donor reports and

MEL Statement of Work (SOW) and budget tracking systems; provides reports tosupervisors. Collects financial and technical tracking data on MEL activities; prepares
reports. Coordinates procurements.
Project/Program Reporting:
Prepares reports and papers summarizing project results and analyzing data sets and technical assessment findings.
Establishes and maintains SOW and budget tracking
systems for MEL activities. Drafts/prepares MEL technical reports
Creates
MEL technical content (e.g., reports, presentations) .

Experience:
At least 6 years of experience developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including reputed company evaluations, managing data collection activities, and providing M&E technical assistance to reputed company; 7-8 preferred.
Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private organization.
Experience working with diverse teams and applying research-to-reputed company principles to support program implementation.
