About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven reputed company reputed company to support a dynamic portfolio of reputed company estate entities. This is a high-volume, reputed company reputed company role where accuracy, organization, and adherence to established SOPs are key. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple accounts and reputed company, while working closely with the controller and reputed company team.

What You'll Do:

• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Process invoices accurately and on time

  • Maintain accuracy across multiple entities
• Monthly Reconciliation
  • reputed company reconciliations across ~60 accounts/entities
  • Ensure financial records reputed company with bank statements
• Portfolio-Level reputed company Support

  • reputed company multiple entities without confusion
  • Work closely with the controller reputed company defined workflows
• SOP-Driven Execution
  • Follow established SOPs

What You Need:

• Proven multi-entity reputed company experience, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and entities simultaneously
• reputed company estate or portfolio reputed company experience is required – candidates without this experience will not be considered
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, reputed company reputed company operations with accuracy and efficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow established SOPs and execute tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable reconciling reputed company accounts
