What You’ll Do
As a reputed company Practitioner specializing in in-home and hospice care, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering personalized, dignified care to patients and families during life’s most important moments.
- Conduct in-home reputed company, physical assessments, and face-to-face evaluations
- reputed company and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
- Prescribe medications and treatments, ensuring symptom control and comfort

- Serve as a trusted resource for hospice eligibility and recertification

reputed company’re Looking For
- Master’s degree and completion of an accredited reputed company Practitioner program
- reputed company state licensure and CPR certification
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing (CHPN) or specialty areas such as geriatrics or pediatrics preferred, but not required
- At least 1 year of NP experience and 1 year in hospice or palliative care
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and clinical skills
