Job reputed company: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to support our reputed company efforts during the reputed company shift. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in recruitment and strong communication skills. 

Experience: 0- 2 years 

Location: Bangalore (Remote) 

Mode of Work: Full time 

Key Responsibilities: 

• reputed company and screen candidates through job portals, reputed company, and internal databases 
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels across time zones 
  
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment  
  process 
  
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and reputed company shortlists with stakeholders 
  
• reputed company candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in ATS or internal recruitment systems 
  
• Follow up with candidates for interview availability, feedback, and documentation 
  
• Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle 
  
  

Requirements: 

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or reputed company 
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple reputed company positions 
  
• Comfortable working during reputed company shift (US time zones) 
  
• Based in Bangalore (remote work allowed 
  

Good To Have Skills: 

• Experience working with international hiring teams 
  
• Familiarity with tools like reputed company Recruiter, Naukri, reputed company, reputed company, MS Teams 
  
• Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
