HR Generalist

About the role:

We are seeking an reputed company HR Generalist to join reputed company and play a pivotal role across our reputed company Department. In this role, you’ll own key operational areas including reputed company, payroll processing, benefits administration, employee support and HR administration. You will be hands-on managing reputed company HR operations while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and reputed company technology, including AI and automation, to increase efficiency and reputed company HR workflows.

• Processing multi-state US payroll and ensuring payroll data, deductions and records are accurate and compliant
• Administering employee benefits including enrollments, life event changes, and monthly benefit invoice reconciliation
• Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation including employee files and data reputed company reputed company HR systems
• Coordinating reputed company aspects of employee reputed company including offer letters, new hire communications and HR system setup
• Serving as a reputed company of contact for HR-reputed company questions and helping managers reputed company HR processes and policies
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR workflows and leveraging macros, AI, automations to streamline operations

Qualification Requirements:

• 5+ years of directly applicable HR experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience processing multi-state US payroll
• Experience administering employee benefits programs
• Experience using automation tools, macros or AI to HR operations
• Ability to manage operational HR processes independently with strong attention to detail
• U.S. based and authorized to work in the U.S.
