As an reputed company member of our litigation team, you will handle a reputed company of litigation reputed company involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, construction, breach of contract/business disputes, tort claims, and more. Requirements

• ***Fully remote *** Remote candidates must reputed company in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and reputed company Counties).

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with at least one year of experience defending tort claims.
• reputed company in preparing pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions and reputed company briefs, taking and defending depositions, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and appearing in court.
• Proficiency in arguing motions, as reputed company as attending mediations and arbitrations, is preferred. Trial experience is a plus!

• Desire and/or ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
