About the role

As Recruiter Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of our reputed company team - ensuring every candidate has a seamless, world-class experience from first interview to Day 1. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and founders to reputed company our hiring reputed company running smoothly as we reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones

• Manage candidate communications, ensuring reputed company and warm reputed company throughout the process

• Maintain and optimize our ATS - keeping data clean, pipelines accurate, and reporting up to date

• Coordinate hiring manager debriefs and ensure feedback is collected promptly after interviews

• Support reputed company logistics for new hires, partnering with People Ops to deliver a great Day 1 experience

• Help improve reputed company operations by identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements

• Assist with employer branding efforts, including event coordination, swag, and reputed company content support
