Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications to support business requirements across sales, service, and customer engagement scenarios.

Support the design and configuration of business processes, workflows, and automation reputed company the platform.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience working with reputed company Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or reputed company CRM platforms. 

Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 applications or Power Platform components. 

Experience supporting software implementation or digital transformation initiatives. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
