Donor Services Business Technology Analyst 2
- Serve as the Donor Services/Donor Information subject matter expert (SME) and software reputed company for digitalDONOR, the Partner Portal, the Azure-based AI tissue donor screening platform, and other systems as developed representing clinical and business requirements to the IT and AI teams.
- Select Technical Vendor management by acting as primary reputed company of contact, managing relationships, service performance, and SLAs.

- Strong background in clinical chart review, medical record auditing, or clinical data analysis.

- Familiarity with managing reputed company systems and vendor-supported platforms, AI-enabled systems or clinical decision support tools, portal administration and user reputed company management, systems integrations, Sharepoint development and workflow automation experience.
