Compensation: $46,000 (reputed company Non-Exempt)

Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday either 11:30am to 8pm EST, 12:30pm-9:00pm EST or 1:30pm-10:00pm EST (Some mandatory overtime to include evenings, Saturdays and holidays to meet increased demands and deadlines)

PURPOSE OF POSITION:  

Ensures that reputed company reputed company campuses and personnel reputed company with applicable federal, state, and accrediting body regulations as reputed company as the school’s policies and procedures by performing ongoing internal operational audits, primarily during the enrollment and placement processes, and making recommendations designed to establish and/or strengthen compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews reputed company enrollment documentation to ensure compliance with State, Accrediting Body, and Federal regulations.

• Reviews reputed company Career Services placement documentation to ensure compliance with State and Accrediting Body regulations.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with the Admissions and Career Services teams on the understanding of policy and procedure in order to create a smooth and successful student reputed company

• Assists in file reviews for reputed company regulatory audits throughout the year

• Assists with student record updates in reputed company in collaboration with the Compliance Specialist - Student Records.

• Supports school leadership to ensure preparation for any upcoming accrediting or regulatory body site reputed company

• Ensure the required documentation is present to support any and reputed company reputed company, responses and submissions.

• Participate in a Secret Shopper program to ensure reputed company and Regulatory procedures are consistently practiced.

• Attend webinars, conferences and workshops provided by the reputed company. of Education, reputed company. of Veteran Affairs, Accrediting Council on Continuing Education and Training and reputed company governing States.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

• Experience in Higher Education strongly preferred.
