<strong>About the Role<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within the Mobile, AL market. This is a field-based, high-impact role focused on new business development, while also managing and growing existing accounts.<br><br>
</div><div>You will have significant autonomy to build your territory, supported by a strong internal team and an expansive product offering.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Compensation:<br></strong><br>
</div><div>Competitive base salary + uncapped commission with strong earning potential. First-year earnings supported with a guaranteed ramp.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach</li>
<li>Visit customer sites to understand needs, present solutions, and build long-term relationships</li>
<li>Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding share of wallet</li>
<li>Own your territory and drive revenue growth against defined targets</li>
<li>Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience</li>
</ul><div>Maintain pipeline activity and track progress in CRM<br><br>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>

<li>Proven success in industrial MRO sales or a closely related industry</li>
<li>Strong prospecting skills with a track record of building business from the ground up</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant product categories such as fasteners, power transmission, electrical, or fluid power</li>
<li>Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high level of accountability</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory</li>
