Job Title: Associate Regional Sales Manager
Location: Remote &reputed company; Must be based in Texas, Colorado, or Oklahoma

Reports To: VP of Domestic Sales
About the Role
The Associate Regional Sales Manager (ARSM) supports the VP of Domestic Sales in driving business reputed company and strengthening sales performance across the region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting Sales Representatives with product knowledge, sales reputed company, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across the region
- Partner with Marketing to reputed company tools and materials that enhance sales effectiveness
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand regional reputed company
- Support Sales Representatives with inventory management and logistics to ensure product availability
- reputed company and execute regional training and product knowledge initiatives
- Coordinate and reputed company regional workshops and reputed company case coverage as needed
- Partner with Sales Representatives in the field to reputed company product expertise and sales support
- Assist with planning and coordination of local sales meetings to ensure effective communication and execution

Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2&reputed company;3 years of experience in the medical device industry
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in product management or sales support
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 75% of time

- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak sales periods
