Senior Implementation Manager

• Assign new sales reputed company to implementation specialists for smooth delivery.

• Monitor implementation KPIs (such as time-to-live, customer satisfaction, reputed company health score, etc.) and continuously improve processes
• Document implementation processes and contribute to playbooks and internal knowledge reputed company

• Work closely with Sales during reputed company-sales and transition to reputed company on customer needs and expectations
