  • Bring practical knowledge of production environments, inspection processes, and safety considerations across the supply chain.
  • Provide guidance on product integrity, risk mitigation, and compliance best practices.
  • Monitor industry and regulatory trends impacting product safety and quality, helping translate them into actionable insights.

CoE Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Contribute to shaping the focus areas, structure, and operating model of the CoE.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure alignment between market needs and internal priorities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product safety, quality, compliance, consulting, or related roles within consumer goods, hardlines, or similar industries.
  • Solid understanding of production and supply chain processes.
  • Experience engaging with inspection agencies, labs, manufacturers, or quality assurance teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-workstream, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Passion for sustainability, traceability, and responsible supply chains.
  • Curious, adaptable, and energized by working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
