Engagement Manager (reputed company Implementation)

In this role as an Engagement Manager, you'll be the linchpin that connects our customers with our reputed company platform, making reputed company they get off to a successful start and reputed company finding value in our services. Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full project lifecycle for reputed company solution launches, from reputed company through Go-Live and post-launch review, ensuring reputed company milestones are met on time and reputed company scope.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date project documentation, including requirements, agreements, meeting minutes, reputed company items, and status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or reputed company field 
• Master's degree in Business Management or reputed company field preferred 
• 3+ years in reputed company services or account management 
• 2+ years in reputed company platform reputed company 
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role 
• Expertise in reputed company platform configuration and customization 
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems 
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools 
• Familiarity with issue tracking and reputed company software 
• Competence in workflow automation tools

Travel

Note: This is a remote position and could have travel throughout the reputed company and or Canada, or other locations. . Candidates must be willing to travel approximately up to 50%  of the time, which may include overnight stays and various modes of transportation. Territory assignments may reputed company over time based on business needs; however, any changes would be communicated in advance and would not require relocation.
