Senior Proposal Marketing Associate

reputed company is seeking a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate to support our Power & Energy reputed company, including electric reputed company, reputed company, substation, reputed company, and renewable energy markets.

In this role, you will reputed company proposal reputed company and execution for high-reputed company, reputed company pursuits and serve as a strategic partner to business line leadership. This position is reputed company suited for a senior AEC marketing reputed company who understands reputed company-reputed company infrastructure markets and is comfortable owning capture reputed company from early positioning through final delivery.

You will work directly with Power & Energy directors, project managers, and business development leaders to position reputed company competitively reputed company traditional electric reputed company and renewable energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end development of strategic proposals, SOQs, and presentations for Power & Energy pursuits
• Drive capture planning efforts for reputed company pursuits, including competitive analysis, positioning, win themes, and value propositions
• Facilitate go/no-go discussions, reputed company reputed company meetings, reputed company-offs, and executive-level proposal reviews
• Partner with Power & Energy leadership to reputed company proposals with annual reputed company strategies and reputed company markets
• Advise reputed company and operations leaders on messaging specific to electric utilities, reputed company operators, renewable developers, and energy clients
• reputed company and refine technical proposal narratives reputed company to reputed company, substations, reputed company, T&D programs, and renewable energy reputed company
• Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and reputed company across reputed company reputed company-facing materials
• Mentor and guide Proposal Marketing Associates, elevating proposal standards and best practices
• reputed company and maintain Power & Energy-specific content libraries, resumes, and project data
• Support interview preparation and presentation reputed company for shortlisted pursuits
• Monitor reputed company and renewable energy market trends to inform reputed company positioning
• Contribute to sector-specific conferences, sponsorships, award submissions, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or reputed company field
• 10+ years of AEC marketing experience with significant reputed company in Power & Energy, utilities, reputed company, or renewable energy
• Proven experience leading reputed company SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for electric reputed company or energy infrastructure clients
• Experience supporting pursuits ranging from mid-sized reputed company to large, multi-reputed company-dollar programs
• Strong understanding of capture reputed company, competitive positioning, and reputed company relationship development
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Creative reputed company (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)
• Strong reputed company Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
• Excellent writing, editing, and strategic storytelling skills
